It supports decoding compatible 4K video sources. Playback is displayed at the projector’s native resolution; 4K decoding does not mean native 4K projection. Check your model’s specifications for its native resolution.
Allow approximately 2 m (6.56 ft) between the lens and the projection surface for a 100-inch image. Adjust the position and zoom to suit your setup.
Yes. Place it on a stable surface with clear ventilation. Autofocus and automatic keystone correction help adjust the image; keep the lens as square to the screen as practical for best results.
Autofocus typically takes about 2–3 seconds after startup or repositioning. Allow the projector to settle, and fine-tune the focus with the remote if needed.
You can download compatible apps from the built-in app store. Availability varies by region, device compatibility and service provider. Some services require an account or paid subscription; not every app is guaranteed to be available.
Yes. The package includes a 90 cm HDMI cable. A longer cable can be purchased separately if needed.
The specified input range is 110–220 V. Before use, check the rating label on your unit or power adapter and ensure it matches the local power supply. Plug types may differ by country.
Yes, via HDMI. For a Nintendo Switch, use a TV-output-compatible model with its compatible dock. Select the projector’s HDMI input and an output resolution supported by both devices.
Compatible content can be shared using a supported casting or wired connection. Some streaming apps restrict screen mirroring and may show a black screen. Use an available projector app or a compatible HDMI streaming device for protected content.
Yes. A 1.2 m power cable is included. Position the projector within safe reach of a power outlet. This cable specification does not imply that the projector has a rechargeable battery.
Yes. Use the remote to open the picture settings and adjust the available image controls. If the image is blurry, adjust focus first; digital sharpness is not a substitute for optical focus.
Due to HDCP copyright restrictions, wireless mirroring from mobile apps like Netflix or Disney+ may result in a black screen with audio only. We recommend playing directly via the pre-installed projector apps, or connecting through an HDMI cable / streaming stick (e.g. Fire TV Stick).

Go to [Settings] > [Audio Output] and confirm the output route is set to [Bluetooth Speaker] rather than the internal speaker. Also check the external speaker volume level.
